Florida Tech will celebrate the life and achievements of Martin Luther King Jr. on Jan. 9 as the university holds its annual commemoration of the civil rights icon.
Florida Tech will recognize two community leaders and celebrate the life and legacy of the pioneering civil rights leader at the university’s Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. 2023 Commemoration. The free public event is from 7-8:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 19, at the Gleason Performing Arts Center.
