Closing Words on Monster Case – SkopjeDiem

Closing Words on “Monster” Case Prosecutor Fatime Fetai in her closing remarks on the “Monster” case confirmed that the four boys and the fisherman were killed near Smilkovo Lake. With this, she rejected the claim that they were allegedly killed at another location, and then brought to the lake. Fetai stressed that the massacre took place at that location, as indicated by all found traces. Fetai also rejected the speculation that the vehicle “Opel Omega” driven by the perpetrators belonged to the police unit “Alfas”. Prosecutors Fatime Fetai and Gavril Bubevski demanded life imprisonment for Alil Demiri, Afrim and Agim Ismailovic for the crime of terrorism in the “Monster” case. Fejzi Aziri is accused of aiding and abetting the five-count murder near Smilkovo Lake, and Haki Aziri is accused of helping Alil Demiri and Afrim Ismailovic escape to Kosovo. For these two, Fetai demanded maximum prison sentences of 15 and 9 years, respectively.
