Suspended African National Congress (ANC) secretary-general Ace Magashule has asked the State for a list of witnesses who implicated him in the R255-million Free State asbestos corruption case he faces. Magashule, controversial businessman Edwin Sodi, former Mangaung mayor Olly Mlamleli, former human settlements head of department Nthimotse Mokhesi and others appeared in the Free State High Court in Bloemfontein on Tuesday.
The corruption case of suspended African National Congress (ANC) secretary-general Ace Magashule has been postponed. Magashule, and his 15 co-accused appeared in the Free State High Court in Bloemfontein on Wednesday for a pretrial conference. Among them is former Mangaung mayor Olly Mlamleli, businessman Edwin Sodi and former human settlements department head Nthimotse Mokhesi.
The pretrial hearing in the R255 million asbestos corruption matter, in which suspended ANC secretary general Ace Magashule is an accused, has been postponed.
