Noida: Seeking admission to a Covid-19 care facility is getting increasingly difficult for Noida and Greater Noida residents whose parents or parents-in-law are staying with them. Now, furnishing an identity card with a Gautam Budh Nagar address has been made mandatory for admission to such healthcare facilities in the district.
After several complaints of people being denied admission to hospitals due to a lack of local IDs, TOI rang up the integrated Covid control room (18004192211) at 1.30pm on Thursday and enquired if it was possible to get an elderly Covid patient with a Mumbai address admitted to any Covid care facility in GB Nagar since he has been staying in Noida for the past two months.
