Godrej Properties, the real estate development arm of the Godrej Group, has acquired a 4-acre land parcel in Yeshwanthpur, Bengaluru, to develop a premium residential project with a revenue potential of over Rs 1,000 crore. The proposed project is estimated to have a development potential of over 7 lakh sq ft of saleable area, including premium residential apartments of various configurations.
This project is estimated to have a developable potential of approximately 0.7 million sq ft with an estimated revenue potential of Rs 1,000 crore, said Godrej Properties.
