A Police Source at the scene told me earlier tonight that the man who wish hot was picking up someone from the school. Around 5 00 tonight someone shot , the 19yearold man on north street. We dont know much about the victim, but police say he wasnt a student at the high school. A studentdriver and his instructor from the arcade driving school were also in the area. Two representatives told me offcamera that they werent directly involved, but that the victim alerted the student and instructor hed been shot.
