Embattled copper miner Minto Metals on Tuesday announced the resignation of its board of directors, as well as that of two senior management members.
Gati Al-Jebouri, Lazaros Nikeas and Derek White resigned from the board with effect from May 12, while Joe Phillips, Chris Stewart and Jay Johson’s resignations are effective May 13.
Following these resignations, the company has no remaining directors.
