GATES, N.Y. (WHEC) Santa was escorted around the Town of Gates Friday night.
The Gates Police Department traveled with him around the north side of town as he tested his sleigh for the big night next week.
The town was very excited to help him out.
Gates police say Santa and friends will be traveling through the south end of town on Tuesday from 5 p.m to 8 p.m.
