What do trees have to do with beer? True, there’ll be lots of tasty craft brews under trees this Christmas, but for a pair of beer-making pals in London, it’s more long lasting than that.
A fresh beer project called 4est Brewing, its numeronym an homage to both London’s Forest City nickname and a commitment by its brewers to funnel some of its profits to ReForest London, a local non-profit focused on rejuvenating the urban forest.
