NEW HAVEN A 78-year-old man was arrested following an incident in New Haven today. Police say they were notified of a threatening complaint that occurred on Green Street at around 9:10 a.m. State Police learned that the man involved was identified as Gary A. Mcintyre, of New Haven. Mcintyre had left the scene prior
