What occurred sunday was frightening for everyone involved. It sounded like an explosion. It was something i never heard before. It was a loud crash. Firefighters. They have been in and out of this building trying to make sure that everyone did make it out okay. We have seen them with their flashlights up on ladders early this morning trying to see if anybody else is inside. All of this unfolding around 1 30 this morning at 40 richardson. We have cell phone video where you can see the massive flames towering out of windows. This fire quickly going four alarms. I spoke with a resident off camera who told me he lives inside this building and he woke up to his windows breaking and the flames pouring inside. He was able to make it out okay. I spoke with her friend who lives nearby and she describes what she saw and heard. I just heard a massive explosion. I dont know if it was a bomb. Massive flames coming from the building and tons of fire trucks. Reporter now, again we can tell you so far that one firefighter did have some injuries. At this point its not clear if anybody who lives inside of the building is accounted for. We are told t
