alisyn: all right, new outrage today over a federal judge s decision to ban public prayer at a high school graduation in texas. the ruling even goes so far as to prohibit the use of words like lord and amen . some of the people, most upset about this, are the students themselves, including the school s valedictorian. any time that i m asked to speak about my own personal views, god is always included in that. i decided that i wanted to definitely include a prayer in my speech and feel that that is my right. alisyn: but the judge doesn t agree. the controversy stems from a lawsuit filed by the family of one of the graduating students. the judge saying that the family would, quote, suffer irreparable harm if anyone prayed at the graduation. gary linn is executive director for americans united for separation of church and state and ken klukowski is director for center of religious liberty, also author of rue surgent,
