Donald E. ‘Donny’ Haugen, 67, of Superior, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loved ones on Sunday, November 27, 2022, at his brother’s (Thomas Haugen) residence in South Range, Wisconsin.
Allissa Ann Penney, 33, of Rice Lake, WI and former long-time Superior, WI resident, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, October 22, 2022, in Rice Lake.
