London: Queen Elizabeth II bids a final farewell to her late husband, Prince Philip, on Saturday, at a funeral restricted by coronavirus rules but reflecting his long life of military and public service. Here’s the live updates.
10:30am: The ceremony from behind the stately walls of Windsor Castle, west of London, will be watched by an expected television audience of millions, with the public urged to stay away because of the global pandemic.
10:35am: The Duke of Edinburgh described by royals as the grandfather of the nation died on April 9, aged 99, just weeks after spending more than a month in hospital for treatment of a heart condition and an infection.

Following the Queen s departure, the royals walked on foot back towards Windsor Castle.
Prince Harry and Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, could be seen exchanging words with the Archbishop of Canterbury. They then walked over and joined Prince William to walk together as the rest of the family left St. George s.
Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, has been unable to join the family engagement today as she is pregnant with the couple s second child and was advised not to travel from California to the UK at this time.
