BTC offering voluntary enhanced early retirement program Garry Sinclair.
Bahamas Telecommunications Company (BTC) is seeking to further realign its staff by offering a voluntary enhanced early retirement program (EERP), which is in line with its industrial agreement mandated by the Department of Labour, BTC’s Chief Executive Officer Garry Sinclair said in a statement released yesterday.
According to Sinclair, the company’s continuing transformation requires adjusting its team to enhance customer service and the promotion of its products and services.
“BTC remains committed to transforming our business into a customer-centric, high-performing organization to better serve the people of The Bahamas,” Sinclair said in the statement.

NASSAU, BAHAMAS The Bahamas Telecommunications Company (BTC) gifted five community organizations with monetary support to help make the holidays a little brighter for those in need during the holiday season.
The Bahamas Telecommunications Company (BTC) presents a donation to the Elizabeth Estates Children’s Home.
The Children’s Emergency Hostel, Hands for Hunger, Elizabeth Children’s Home, F.O.A.M. and Reach Out and Touch Ministries on Grand Bahama all received donations.
The Bahamas Telecommunications Company (BTC) has aided a number of community organisations to enable them to provide assistance to Bahamians in need.
The organisations receiving BTC s assistance include the South Andros Senior Citizens Home, Great Commission Ministries and the Sister/Sister Breast Cancer Support Group.
