Senator Tommy Tuberville of Alabama said people identified as “white extremists” and “white nationalists” should be allowed to serve in the U.S. armed forces.
“The Democrats are attacking our military, saying we need to get out the white extremists, the white nationalists,” Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R-Ala.) said in an interview published online Monday.
