Totaling $3.25 million over five years, the grant is funded by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), through the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) and will provide scholarships to first- and second-year Physician Assistant Studies students at Touro. The SDS grant aims to increase diversity among physician assistant students who have demonstrated financial need.
