LAKEMORE Lakemore Village saw the promotion of a part-time police officer to full-time status along with the departure of three police officers, one firemedic and a Service Department employee at the Nov. 21 Lakemore Village meeting. Police officers Stephen Cagaric, Jason Frankland and Garrett Fleming, along with part-time firemedic Austin Wingate and Service Department
