Near Marina Boulevard when chp officers who were still at the scene heard something that caught them completely off guard. The chp officers on scene heard gunshots coming from a location close by a little bit north of them and as they looked up, they saw a car pulled to the righthand shoulder just past the Marina Boulevard overcrossing. Reporter this video shows the car that pulled over. Officers rushed over to the spot where this car stopped and found one person inside who had been shot several times. That person died at the scene. Investigators have not yet identified that person who was killed. Chp that was at the scene at the time say they did not catch sight of a get yeah way car and they still have no suspects or did not see a suspect that fired this shot.
