Hello and welcome to bbc news. Police in delhi have arrested the owner and manager of a factory which caught fire on saturday night. At least 43 people were killed in the blaze. Many were Migrant Workers using sleeping quarters in the building. Pratiksha ghildial reports from delhi. The blaze broke out on the ground floor of this multi storey factory in the early hours of the morning and then quickly spread to other levels. Rescue services say at least 100 people were sleeping inside the building at the time and died due to suffocation. I have been able to see some of them but i havent been able to spot them all. This is a really congested and densely populated area of delhi. The alleyways behind me to narrow to be accessed by fire engines. As a result, they had to fight the blaze from a distance of about 100 metres.
