Transfers In and Transfers Out By Cruz Florero on May 24, 2021, 11:38pm CEST 1
Now that this ahem
interesting season is over, we re all looking forward to the first season with Laporta back in control. We ve already heard of four players who will likely be joining Barca, but it s clear that we ll need more than that, particularly in the defense. Firstly, I want to discuss those who are basically Barca players already. Here they are:
.
Kun Aguero: This is basically confirmed. He ll be our new 9 for the 2021/22 season and let s hope his connection with Messi can help us next season. Due to Laporta s genius, he s taken a MASSIVE wage cut so the only concern we should have is if he can stay injury free.

Barcelona B will take on UCAM Murcia in the semi-finals of the promotion playoffs on Sunday at the Estadio Municipal Vicente Sanz de Don Benito.
The format of the competition means that 16 teams will play in the semi-finals with the winners going through to the final. The winners of the four finals will then achieve promotion.
Barca B made it through to the playoffs after finishing second and went on to win five of six games in the second phase. Murcia finished up in second place in Group 4 with 43 points from 24 games.
Riqui Puig- overhyped or generational? By yehia4086 on May 9, 2021, 7:39pm CEST 28
We all know and love Riqui Puig, the best La Masia prospect (excluding Fati) since Thiago. So it seems baffling that he s constantly ignored by Ronald Koeman no matter what, apart from the odd two or three minute spell here and there. So let s have a look and see if Koeman is right and he is an overrated prospect or he is generational and a worthy heir (alongside Pedri) to replace Xaviesta.
First myth- Riqui Puig is too weak physically to play at the highest level
Puig may be very light (at just 62kg) but he was worked hard to turn this apparent negative into a massive positive by using it to help him glide through defences. Last season vs Atletico Madrid (arguably the most physical side in the league), Riqui was our best player excluding Messi and dominated a very physical midfield containing players such as Thomas Partey. Do not forget- Pedri is just 2kg heavier and both will gain

Konrad de la Fuente has been talking about life at Barcelona and doesn’t seem too worried about his lack of first-team game time this season.
The 19-year-old had only managed a couple of substitute appearances so far in 2020-21 but says he’s happy to play regularly with Barca B.
“It was the club’s decision, they thought it was best for my progression for me to play regularly every week with the ‘B’ team, but train with the first team every day,” he said.

Barcelona B enjoyed a great win in the derby over Espanyol B on Sunday thanks to a single goal from Peque.
The visitors were the better side in the first half and had chances to break the deadlock with Gustavo Maia, Konrad de la Fuente, Alex Collado and Peque all going close.
Barca B eventually opened the scoring 10 minutes into the second half. Captain Collado did brilliantly to send the ball in after a pass from Gavi for Peque to apply the finish.
