They did issue a report last week summarizing how this city monitors compliance for the existing operators and including lay tore rules and the compliance with the minimum wage and healthcare requirements and parking tax which is a struggle with some members of the industry over the years. We requested this report so that we could fully understand and be competent that the current rules are being adequately enforced that was issued and we are reviewing it and we will be working with various cities departments to try to implement some of the recommendations including better coordination of enforcement efforts including the tax collector, osc and the planning
