Christmas delivery of a different kind. Only on fox 29 cameras were there as First Responders rushed a brand new baby boy out of the septa subway station at 15th and market at city hall. Taking him to an ambulance. His mother also seen here in exclusive video had just given birth to the baby minutes before on an eastbound train. Septa officers durell james says he helped with the delivery. We got down there and we went in. The baby was breathing. Just maintained the head and make sure the cord didnt wrap around the neck and everything like that. Reporter he was joined by septa sergeant daniel, we were just getting our gloves ready and went into delivering the baby and thats all we could do.
