Its a fastmoving fire. And the terrain is in the heavy brush and timber. Suzy, why is it moving so fast . The wind or terrain, or both . Its both. So winds are 11 miles per hour, but we know that terrain is dry and drought ridden. So you know the fuels are heavy. And there is a lot of brush up there. Talk more about the evacuations.
