The Peninsula Doha: Galfar Toastmasters Club (GTM), in association with Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) Blood Bank, recently held a blood donation campaign at the HMC blood donor unit. GTM is the Corporate Toastmasters Club of Galfar Al Misnad, a leading engineering and construction company in Qatar. The main objective of the event was to promote the act of extending an arm to donate precious blood, among its members and the public. The blood donation was spaced over four hours to allow COVID protocols to be strictly maintained during the process.
