KUALA LUMPUR: Two plots of state land given to the developer of the Penang undersea tunnel project were valued at RM300mil by a private valuer, a stark difference from the RM80mil value placed on them by two government officers, the Sessions Court heard.
KUALA LUMPUR: A real estate valuation company director told the Sessions Court here on Wednesday (Aug 10) that two plots of land in Bandar Tanjong Pinang, Penang, which were transferred to two companies, Ewein Zenith Sdn Bhd and Consortium Zenith BUCG Sdn Bhd by the state government were valued at RM300mil.
