Four persons, including a couple, were killed and six others injured in a tragic car accident on NH-143 near Darjing under Chandiposh police station in Sundargarh district. The deceased couple, Tapan Dasmahaptra and Sarojini, succumbed to their injuries at Rourkela Govt Hospital. The driver fell asleep, leading to the collision with the divider.
