THE Gabungan Rakyat Sabah-Barisan Nasional (GRS-BN) and Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS) State Governments have formed a consensus, through the Borneo Bloc concept, to support a government to be formed at the Federal level that can deliver political stability and benefits to both states.
This is possible after both GRS-BN and GPS emerged victorious in the 15th General Elections in their respective states. Together, they would deliver 36 seats to the eventual overall winner at the federal level.
