A concerned citizen reported to police that Gabrielle Nelson, 22, had been in a long-distance relationship with the Libyan, and that the man was demanding that Nelson touch the child in sexual videos for him. Nelson agreed to speak with police. The criminal complaint states that Nelson told officers the Libyan was making her perform sexual acts over video chat. At the request of the Libyan man, Nelson had bought a dog and then performed sexual acts with the dog, she explained, then followed instructions to do similar things with the child.
