The 10-month-old daughter of a Jamaican lawmaker, and her 27-year-old mother have been missing since Saturday, the police have reported. The two have been named as Toshyna Patterson, otherwise called 'Tosh' and her baby Sarayah Paulwell, both from Gilmour Drive in St Andrew.
