Cummings describes UK government failings
The former aide to Boris Johnson has said that he does not think the current UK prime minister is a fit and proper person to lead the country through the coronavirus pandemic. Speaking during a seven-hour hearing before two parliamentary committees, Dominic Cummings claimed that the government was woefully under-prepared for the pandemic and that Johnson had failed to grasp the seriousness of the coronavirus during its early stages.
