Kevin Lyons, Capitol Rioter Who Posted Photo of Pelosi s Office, Surprised to Be Caught

A Chicago man who the FBI says documented his involvement in the storming of the U.S. Capitol on Instagram, has been charged.
Investigators said Kevin Lyons admitted to entering the House Speaker s office last week, having allegedly, posting a photograph on Instagram of a sign for Nancy Pelosi s office with the caption: WHOS HOUSE?!?!? [sic] OUR HOUSE!!
Lyons was said to have expressed surprise that officers had traced the picture, which was only on the social media site briefly, allegedly telling police: Wow you are pretty good, that was up for only an hour.

The man was referring to the upcoming presidential inauguration on Jan. 20 in Washington, D.C., investigators said.
Louis Capriotti, 45, faces a charge of transmitting a threat in interstate commerce, according to the U.S. District Court in Chicago.
Capriotti was arrested Tuesday morning near his home, and he was scheduled to appear before U.S. Magistrate Judge Gabriel Fuentes later Tuesday.
