After a two-year break, Irish Thoroughbred Breeders Association was delighted to host the National Breeding and Racing Awards in person at The Heritage, Co. Laois on Sunday, Feb. 27.Once again much of the international bloodstock industry logged on to watch the live streaming of the award ceremony.
