The evening of Thursday, January 26th, boasted the first of three Armstrong Black Box Theatre productions of Sarah Ruhl’s Eurydice, a semi-modernized, off-kilter spin on the Greek myth of Orpheus and Eurydice, a tragic love story in which a man with a divine musical gift his way with a song so beautiful that it famously makes.
On Thursday, January 26, 2023, the Georgia Southern Theater Department at Armstrong Campus will premiere its production of “Eurydice” in the Jenkins Black Box Theatre. The play, set in the 1950s, is a modernized retelling of the Ancient Greek, tragic love story of Orpheus and Eurydice. Student Director Grace Paulos explained how this production is.
The Last Laugh Improv Troupe premiered the first of two shows on Thursday, September 15 at 7:30 in the International Gardens. Director Logan Western hosted the event (his co-leader, Hannah Dodson, was the host for Friday night’s show) and introduced the talented members of the troupe: Hannah Dodson, Ethan Goble, Ava Mueller, Cameron Corn, Cameron.
