California-based Plant Power Restaurant Group LLC has raised $7.5 million to help its seven-unit fast food brand, Plant Power Fast Food, expand via corporate unit development. The Plant Power Restaurant Group also added Sebastien Koechli to its board of directors. Koechli is the director of Mergers & Acquisitions at Fusion Ventures, which led the funding. Sebastien brings an extraordinary level of corporate finance experience to the team, Ed Harm, Plant Power s CFO, said in the release.
