Winnipeg police arrived at the scene around 5:40 a.m. and found gunshot damage to the building in addition to the injured man. The man is in hospital in stable condition.
Police said the three suspects, who didn't know the victim before the incident, forced their way into a room and shot the victim after a confrontation.
