well, the democrats want to bury their head in the sand on this topic. when i used the subpoena democrats doesn t support me on that. when we went to issue a letter to go get all the raw materials, they didn t support me on that. they have a political agenda. that is they want their funding arm, which is planned parenthood, to get out the vote and all the money that they transfer from a 501(c)3 into a 501 c 4 to engage in these political activities, they want that funding to be there. what s the alternative? to what we re going to talk about today. well, look, i don t think we should have to fund it. the discretionary part of the funding is about $60 million. in the last reporting period, planned parenthood collected $100 million more dollars than they actually spent. so why should federal taxpayers have to supplement their political activities? i just don t think it should have to happen. good thought there. let me ask you this, speaker boehner out. who is going to step in,
do a deal so the white house and state department said, okay. brilliant. very reactive. will he be able to seize the initiative with iran or is it just reacting to the new opening from the new iranian president? and not actually looking forward down the field as to action? couple quick points. i can t imagine they re going to get clearly nothing signed. not this week. so what s the point? you go to meeting and you say you ve met with the iranians. what does that tell the rest of the world. you re meeting with a terrorist organization, funding arm of most terrorism around the world. you re putting the american people in the room with them. think you re sending a bad single. you re sending certainly a bad single to israel. the counter to that is why not talking to them? they re getting closer and closer to getting nuclear weapons. well, not well, they are. yes, but by talking to them, i don t think you make them further away from getting them. you can try. this
