    A legal practitioner, Lukman Jaiyeola Esquire has sued the Lagos State Government over the continued detention of Ismail Mufutau, who was arrested for participating in the October 2020 #EndSARS protest without trial for three years. Joined in the suit marked No REF850792023 are the Commissioner of Police, Lagos State; Attorney General of Lagos State and Controller of Corrections, Lagos State Command as Respondents. Mufutau on whose behalf the action was instituted is a law-abiding citizen of Nigeria who resides in Ikorodu, Lagos.
