打完疫苗可捐血? 專家:AZ要暫緩14天
指揮中心專家小組成員之一的黃玉成醫師解釋，如果民眾接種的是莫德納或輝瑞，屬於MRNA的疫苗，接種完想要馬上捐血，是沒有問題，不過，若是接種腺病毒載體的AZ或嬌生，擔心腺病毒會留存在血液中，所以需要14天後才能捐血，雖然目前沒有相關研究證實，但為了民眾的安全，還是建立相關規定，比較安心。
血液基金會業務處處長洪英聖說：「從6月12日到7月4日左右，大概以台北捐血中心來講的話，大概有2700多位民眾，他有想來捐血那因為它剛打完AZ疫苗，所以他不能捐。」林口長庚醫院兒童感染科主任黃玉成說：「指揮中心專家諮詢小組大家開會認為，現在因為這些AZ疫苗，它是腺病毒的載體，就是有腺病毒存在，那AZ疫苗它到底進去體內，會不會真的是有活力算是活性減毒呢，還是算一般的沒有活化的�
