(WYDaily/Annie Gallo) The York County Commissioner of the Revenue’s office is participating in the third annual Commissioners and Cans Food and Fund Drive for the Commonwealth of Virginia. Revenue offices all over the state are coming together for this drive to fill the shelves of seven local food banks like Feed More and Feeding America. The two-week long donation event begins Monday, Feb. 1 and continues through Monday, Feb. 15. This time of year is extremely tough for food banks and the community’s help is so important to feed hungry families in the area.
