The Gardens of Villa Le Balze
We’re pleased to welcome Arch. Tiziana Grifoni, President of the Italian cultural association Paesaggi e Giardini (landscapes and gardens). Ms. Grifoni is an agronomer and landscape architect and she will be guiding us through the historic gardens of Villa Le Balze itself and the gardens’ historical importance.
The Villa’s gardens are one of the best examples of landscape architect Cecil Pinsent’s work in Italy and Tuscany. During this event, Ms. Grifoni and Fulvio Orsitto will walk through the gardens showing attendees the various elements and features as they are being discussed.
