　　“有困难找工会，‘娘家人’就是贴心人。”日前，重庆涪陵饭店职工况建平感慨道。况建平曾经是一名国家级建档困难职工，得益于涪陵区总工会的持续帮助，他和家人才从困境中走出来，日子越过越有希望。 　　“工会要尽最大可能为职工群众提供帮助。”重庆市涪陵区总工会党组书记、常务副主席谭国强表示，区总倾力开展消费扶贫决胜脱贫攻坚，去年为困难职工发放“送温暖”慰问金、疫情补贴和生活救助金共计63.42万元；坚持工会主席接待日和律师接待日值班制度，全力维护农民工合法权益，今年以来，已受理法律援助案件80件次，为农民工挽回经济损失近94万余元。 　　2017年6月，况建平被诊断为结肠癌，高昂的医疗费用使原本拮据的家庭雪上加霜。 　　涪陵区总工会还主动与涪陵饭店负责人沟通，把况建平的妻子刘小玉安排

　　“工会组织不仅从经济上帮助我，我妻子的工作，女儿上大学，都得到了工会无微不至的关爱。”在区总工会帮助下，经逐级申报审核，况建平于2018年3月被纳入“深度困难”职工建档管理，累计获得工会各类帮扶资金共66582元。 　　不仅如此，区总工会还主动与涪陵饭店负责人沟通，把况建平的妻子刘小玉安排至涪陵饭店上班，为这个家庭增加收入来源，并号召涪陵饭店职工开展爱心捐助，为其捐款15837元。 　　为了保证况建平的孩子能顺利上大学，工会与教育部门沟通，为况建平女儿争取到每年8000元助学贷款。同时，区总工会通过“金秋助学”品牌活动和“助学成才”社会实践活动，连续3年帮助其女儿获得3万余元助学资金，让孩子安心上学，为这个贫困家庭带来新希望。 　　记者在采访中发现，对困难职工况建平的帮扶仅仅是涪陵�
