EVANSVILLE, Ind. If you re hungry, there s a food truck for you on the streets of the Tri-State. Here s a full list of all 49 trucks active in the Evansville and Henderson area and links to their Facebook pages so you can always find your favorites.
1. Acropolis Express
In towns all around Evansville, the Acropolis is serving a variety of creative gyro sandwiches, falafel, Greek salad and hummus. Also, each week brings a different selection of pre-packaged grab-and-go dinner entrees with sides.
2. Burrito Express
Find all your favorite street taco meats and some unusual varieties at this authentic Mexican truck in Henderson. Look for specials such as adobada, pork marinated in a spicy sauce before searing; and lomo, lean pork braised in an achiote marinade and sliced. Also on the menu are fried “golden tacos,” birria tacos with cheese and more.

Chefs on Parade will happen in conjunction with the SIBA Parade of Homes on Friday, June 4 from 5:30-9:30 p.m. Tour six parade home the day before the official tour begins and taste cuisine from local food businessess such as The Bauerhaus, Pappa Bear’s Catering, The Wine Down and more. Tickets are $30 per person.
The Henderson Juice Co. has introduced a new summer smoothie menu for a limited time. Flavors include Pineapple Upside Down Cake with caramelized pineapple, banana and cherry; Blackberry Pie with mixed berries, banana and dates; Dragon Slayer with dragonfruit, strawberry, mango and grapefruit; and more. The Henderson Juice Co. also serves vegan breakfast and lunch items, cold-pressed juices and pastries.
