The 13th National Committee of the Chinese People s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and the 13th National People s Congress (NPC) began their fourth sessions on March 4 and 5, respectively. The meetings will deliberate and discuss important documents concerning China s overall future development, including a draft outline of the 14th Five-Year Plan (2021-2025) for national economic and social development and the long-range objectives through the year 2035.
