(Fargo, ND) Fargo Police Detectives have identified the person suspected of starting a fire at the Fryn’ Pan on June 14th.
Officers say 29-year-old Nathan Ouren is being sought after. A report was completed and submitted for the consideration of charges to the State’s Attorney’s Office. Fargo Police Officers have probable cause to arrest Ouren for Aggravated Endangering by Fire.
