Workers were up on scaffolding pouring concrete on to the second floor of the building that is under construction when that second floor somehow gave way, falling down below as workers were covered in concrete, and some of the workers were actually hanging from the scaffolding when Emergency Personnel arrived here this morning. Now, i had a chance to talk to somebody who witnessed the whole thing from the building next door. She says that she heard had a loud noise. She said she could literally see concrete falling from the billing right on to the workers. She said some of the workers were covered to their waist in concrete, and she described the scene as very bad.
