Musician and student Morgan Heenan allegedly locked himself to concrete batching equipment at Bravus Mining and Resources Carmichael rail construction site near Glenden in Central Queensland on Monday morning. Police were called to the alleged incident, which disrupted works at the site, about 6am on May 24.
