Beloved sports bar. Crossfit started in the industry about 15 years ago but the business that turned an unconventional form of training into a nationwide phenomenon has become another victim of the pandemic. Da lin is live at sf crossfit where they just finished their last session and are closing for good. Reporter one last Training Session that wrapped up at noon. When it was all said and done there was not a dry eye at this crossfit facility. Its heavy, its grueling and it tests your physical and mental limits. Go through together, thats the camaraderie. The San Francisco crossfit member say the loss is much vigor than weight training. Its the community and the relationships theyve built. Started to get a little weepy, its very sad. Weve been here for 15 years. As you can see there is a Huge Community of people around us. It is a sad day. Juliet and kelly opened San Francisco crossfit 15 years ago.
