When it was all said and done there was not a dry eye at this crossfit facility. Its heavy, its grueling and it tests your physical and mental limits. Go through together, thats the camaraderie. The San Francisco crossfit member say the loss is much vigor than weight training. Its the community and the relationships theyve built. Started to get a little weepy, its very sad. Weve been here for 15 years. As you can see there is a Huge Community of people around us. It is a sad day. Juliet and kelly opened San Francisco crossfit 15 years ago. The first in the city when people didnt know what it was. Now there are roughly 15,000 crossfit gyms in the world. We started for the fitness revolution. There was no appellant on. They pride themselves as a Small Business that has a gigantic plan. But since the start of the pandemic ship at sf crossfit has gone down by 70 . Yet the rent at their location remains high. We were just losing massive amounts of money month after month with no end in sight. For many, sf crossfit is a metaphorical church. It is not even a job, its my life. Its my dream life. Im getting very emotional. This Community Means everything to me. Its why i would get up at 4 30 in the morning and come train with these people. It is even harder to let it all go. We are heartbroken. It is so sad. Im sorry. Were just heartbroken. Its really sad. It is said. You wonder, do they plan to bring the business back in some form in the future . They are so passionate about it. Right, the passion, the branding is amazing. And of course such a huge crossfit community. Right now they are saying that there are no talks of bringing it back. Certainly its a possibility, maybe after the pandemic, five, six or seven years from now that could be a possibility. For the time being they do have a digital website where they do digital coaching. Just because the way we are lined up with the sun, the earth and the moon. Look at that big puddle of water halfway up the beach. High tide happened at around 10 40 in the morning. Right now we are pretty close to low tide. The waves are actually way out there. And there was enough crashing up here that it left a pretty good size puddle halfway up the beach. So here is the Coastal Flood Advisory. So if high tide happened today, at 10 44 in the morning when the puddle was left, its coming back tomorrow a little later by about an hour. At 11 35. Particularly along the east shoreline this is where we see some of the waves crash up on the peers, and those lowlying roadways in mill valley, specifically 101 at the highway 1 offramp. That can sometimes get some ponded water. To the north, thats from our camera on top of the sales force tower. The reason why we want to look out there, past point reyes, there are storm clouds out there right now and most are getting directed to the north. This is what we looked at at the top of the newscast. Lets bring that forward. That gets us to darken early tuesday morning, just as we are approaching sunrise. The bulk of the storm wants to go up there, and because it is part of a cold front that will sweep across the bay, we can time it. And we will stop it at a couple of different points. By tuesday at 7 in the morning, the north bay will be seeing rain. And it will just keep marching its weight down to the southeast. So some of the better rain will happen before that organized front that moves through. But its not the only part of the system. This will allow me to put it into wednesday, watch what happens. Some fill in showers come in throughout the day on wednesday. The most impressive rain is that firstline we just looked at, tuesday morning. But theres a chance of rain that will stay with this all the way through wednesday. When you and both days that we could get anywhere from quarter of an inch of rain in the south bay to three quarters of an inch of rain in the north bay, that is a good range. It could fall anywhere in there, but we should see widespread rain. You will get something out of this system as it comes through. And it will put more snow in the sierra. More than a foot for donner pass. So that his concerns for anybody going up tuesday or wednesday. But in addition to that thats great news. Warning lows, pretty much what weve been doing.
