It happened about 33 a. M. This is the San Lorenzo River yesterday and at the same time today rising several feet overnight. I thought we had a tornado because it had that kind of hard driving train sort of sound. It was hammering on the roof so hard, it was pretty bad. Reporter and it was no better on the roads.
